Michael Balderrama most recently worked as the associate choreographer and creative consultant for the new Broadway Musical Soul Doctor and closed his 6th Broadway show, Ghost, in August 2012. Balderrama also associate directed Zorro at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta and participated in the development of the new play The Shape She Makes at ART in Boston. He also took the 1st National Tour of In the Heights through its final performance as Associate Choreographer and Resident Supervisor. He is currently casting the 2nd National Tour which he will be setting as Director/Choreographer in collaboration with Original Broadway/1st National Tour Director Thomas Kail and Tony Award winning Choreographer for In the Heights, Andy Blankenbuhler. His new production company (Silver Towers Productions) produced up and coming artist Marcus Paul James' new CD "Meant to Be". Look for it on iTunes now.
